PRODUCT CATALOG CSV REVIEW
A cleaner file.
A record of every change.
Duplicate rows, stray spaces, inconsistent vendor names, and prices that need a second look.
Get a review copy of one small product catalog, with uncertain values flagged for your decision and the original preserved.
One CSV, up to 300 product rows.
Scope and timing confirmed first.
Start with the row count and column names. No payment needed for the scope check.
TRY A BASIC CHECK
Spot a few problems first.
Paste a non-sensitive product CSV. This check runs in this page; the pasted data is not uploaded or saved by the site.
Ready to check
Paste your CSV or try the fictional example.
Checks CSV structure, exact duplicate rows, blank cells, outer whitespace, repeated SKU / Variant SKU / ASIN / ID values, and common spreadsheet formula markers. It does not change values, verify prices, check links or certify a storefront import. Zero findings means only that these checks found nothing.

A SMALL, DEFINED FILE
What the
review covers.
Agree on the rules
One non-sensitive product CSV, up to 300 rows. We confirm the columns, normalization rules, price, acceptance checks, and delivery date before starting.
Clean what is unambiguous
Remove exact duplicate rows and apply approved formatting rules. Preserve leading-zero SKUs. Flag missing titles, duplicate SKUs, invalid prices, missing image URLs, and values that need review.
Review the files and change record
Receive the original, a cleaned UTF-8 CSV, and an issue report. One correction round covers the agreed rules. The file is a catalog review artifact; any storefront import needs its own schema and checks.
Keep the scope narrow
Fields can include title, SKU, vendor, product type, tags, price, weight, and public image URL. This service does not include store imports, variant restructuring, image hosting, product writing, accounting, or customer-data cleanup.
Do not send customer records, payment information, passwords, private addresses, or confidential business data.
SEE THE DELIVERABLE
A small, fictional catalog.
These sample files demonstrate a duplicate removal, approved normalization, and unresolved values. They contain fictional products and no customer information.
